Terms of Service
The ground rules for using Wiggy, including Google sign-in, dashboard widgets, football data, admin features, and third-party services.
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Wiggy, an experimental dashboard control center with Google sign-in, configurable widgets, football data views, and admin tools. By using Wiggy, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must use a Google account that you are authorized to use.
- You must keep your account and browser secure, including any device where Wiggy stores an access token in localStorage.
- Wiggy may require a verified Google email address before creating or continuing a session.
- Admins may assign roles, revoke sessions, soft-delete accounts, restore accounts, and manage access where the admin panel supports those actions.
Permitted use
You may use Wiggy to access your dashboard, configure widgets, view football information, and, if authorized, operate admin features. You are responsible for activity performed from your authenticated session.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, role checks, rate limits, audit logging, or other security controls.
- Do not use Wiggy to access accounts, sessions, logs, football records, or admin tools without authorization.
- Do not upload, enter, or store information that you do not have permission to use.
- Do not interfere with the service, infrastructure, football data imports, or third-party APIs.
- Do not use Wiggy or Google user data for advertising, surveillance, credit decisions, lending, resale, or unlawful purposes.
Google sign-in and third-party services
Wiggy uses Google OAuth for sign-in and may request access to your Google profile, email, and phone number after consent. Your use of Google is also governed by Google terms and policies.
Wiggy may use Vercel hosting, Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, database providers, logging tools, and football data providers. Third-party services may change, fail, or apply their own terms.
Football data
Football competitions, teams, matches, standings, scorers, schedules, and related metadata may come from third-party providers or cached imports. Wiggy does not guarantee that football data is complete, current, or error-free.
Do not rely on Wiggy football data for betting, financial decisions, professional scouting, emergency use, or other high-stakes decisions.
Admin features
- Admin users must use admin tools only for legitimate project operations.
- Admin actions may require a reason and may be recorded with before-and-after data in the audit trail.
- Admins are responsible for protecting access to user, session, audit, log, worker, and football data visible in the admin panel.
Ownership
Wiggy and its interface, code, branding, and project materials belong to the project owner or their licensors. Third-party logos, data, APIs, and service names remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and changes
Wiggy is provided as an experimental project and may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time. Features, routes, data sources, authentication behavior, and admin tools may change as the project evolves.
Disclaimers
Wiggy is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. The project owner does not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the project owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or unauthorized access related to Wiggy.
Termination
Access may be suspended, revoked, or deleted if you violate these terms, create risk for the project, misuse admin tools, or if the deployment owner decides to discontinue access.
Changes to these terms
Wiggy may update these terms as the project changes. The effective date above identifies the latest published version.
